The staff, students, and Governing Board of Étude High School believe that individuals can learn best in a working environment that is free from the rigid rules and regulations of traditional schools. Each year, a mutually agreed-upon covenant is created between staff and students to sustain an atmosphere that exists not only to educate students but also to cultivate a community of responsibility, respect, equality, and democratic values. Students and staff agree to this document as a way to keep the belief in decency and trust present in our community. The students and staff of Étude High School share a mutual role in the advancement and development of their school and believe these values of our community enhance and enrich education.
